How it works
No buffet counter, nothing left waiting under a lamp. You order at the table, the kitchen prepares each dish when you ask for it. Pick up to 3 dishes per person, per round, from more than 100 Japanese tapas-sized plates. A new round every 7 minutes, for 100 minutes. Last orders 30 minutes before closing.

Sliced, rolled and plated when you order. All you can eat should never mean second best: every round is prepared in our kitchen the moment you place it. Salmon and tuna are cut when you place your round, nigiri pressed and maki rolled by hand.
